- Why do you want to be a staff on ArtiseMC?
- I would like to become apart of the staff again as I feel I had some unfinished business and things left on the wrong foot. I want to express more of my management and moderations abilities with the community and the staff team. I want to build a relationship with the Artise community as a lot of people loved me even with my short time here. I think my assistance and experience can really help the server and the team itself. I can implement a lot of ideas that I already have. Nevertheless I also feel that the team needs more depth.
- Why should we choose you over others to be a staff on ArtiseMC?
- I feel you should choose me over a lot of the other applicants cause I've been staff here in the past and my resignation wasn't on bad terms. A lot of details were in the question but i can bring tons of experience, leadership and management to the team.

- Strengths -
Adaptability - The ability to adapt to new situations and new surroundings as all servers have different ways, rules and methods.
Reliable - I can always be relied on to get any job finished within a set time period.
Communication Skills - Communication is something that is really important as its what brings the staff team together and with my skills I can enhance communication and precision within the team
Proactive / Self-Motivated - I’m a self-motivated person that will always get things done and ill always be busy whilst online.
Resourceful - I have multiple years of experience, and with the experience I’ve gained multiple skills to help me complete any task to the best of my ability.
Honest - I am extremely honest and will always tell the truth, whether its someone I know I will fulfill my staff expectations and not be biased.
Flexible - I can work around issues I may come across and work out a way to adapt it to fit everyone else’s needs.
Management - My management experience helps me in many situations whether it's running a staff team, applications or appeals. I can handle any situation without distraction or confusion. I can really bring out the best in my peers and make the staff team better as I progress.
